Mark your calendars for a month of MOO-stery!

Cows will be appearing in the library during March in celebration of the “Month of MOO!” Join us throughout this moo-velous month with a “Drive-in Moo-vie,” cow-themed storytimes, a cow scavenger hunt and more.

Have you herd the udder exciting moos? Local author David LaRochelle and illustrator Mike Wohnoutka will wrap-up our amazing month with a celebration on March 28 featuring their award-winning book titled—yes, you guessed it—MOO!

There will be cow-themed crafts and activities set up throughout the library. Weather permitting, there will be cows and sheep on the 4th Street Lawn and some outdoor activities including a story stroll so you can walk and read the book together!

Join Puppy Pete and his other puppet friends as we sing, play, read, write and talk during this inclusive storytime for families with babies and toddlers. Stay and play after storytime with developmentally appropriate toys. Storytime is a great opportunity to meet new friends, socialize and strengthen early literacy skills!

This storytime is recommended for developmental ages 0-2 and their grown-ups. Siblings are always welcome. You are encouraged to attend the storytime that best meets your family’s needs.

Registration is not required.

Come to see the beloved puppet, Baby Bear, who always has a letter to help us figure out what our storytime is about that day. There will be singing, talking, reading, writing and playing at this storytime for preschoolers with their parents and caregivers. This storytime focuses on concepts such as life skills, counting, colors, emotions, patterns, and kindness. Storytime is a fun opportunity to meet new friends, socialize, and strengthen early literacy skills!

This storytime is recommended for developmental ages 3-5. Siblings are always welcome. All storytimes are inclusive. You are encouraged to attend the storytime that best meets your family’s needs.
